Domestic Shipping (India)

– **Same City Delivery (Kolkata)**: 1-2 business days
International Shipping

– **Express International**: 5-7 business days

Packaging & Handling
Artwork Protection
– All ink artworks are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper
– Framed pieces (A5 size, 130 GSM paper) are secured with corner protectors
– Wood surface artworks receive additional protective padding
– Moisture-resistant packaging materials used for all shipments
– Fragile items are marked and handled with extra care
Packaging Materials
– Sturdy cardboard tubes for paper artworks
– Custom-sized boxes for framed pieces
– Bubble wrap and foam padding for wood surface art
– Waterproof outer packaging for protection against weather
Processing Time
– **Standard Processing**: 4-5 business days
– **Custom Orders**: 7-10 business days
– **Bulk Orders**: 10-15 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
Order Tracking
– Tracking information provided via email within 24 hours of shipment
– Track your order using the tracking number on our courier partner’s website
– SMS notifications available for domestic orders
Delivery Requirements
– Safe delivery to the address provided during checkout
– If recipient is unavailable, courier will attempt redelivery or hold at local facility

Resolution Process
1. Contact our customer service team immediately please reach out to us at support@urbanartista.com
2. Provide order number and damage documentation
3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse and it passes our quality check, we’ll process your refund. Typically, this takes 5-7 working days. If you prefer, we can also offer a store credit instead of a refund.

Shipping Costs and Return Fees
Shipping: We offer free shipping within India. However, for returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please ensure you send the product back with tracking information to support@urbanartista.com

For Our Indian Clients: All prices on our website include GST, so there are no surprises at checkout.
For Our International Clients: Please be aware that duties, customs fees, and any local taxes are your responsibility. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid to release your order from customs.
